Because Lists Are Vair Practical

CUTE MOVIE MOMENTS....
Honestly who doesn't absolutely LOOOBBBEEE them!! So i thought I'd make a list of some classic cute movie moments. Here goes:
1. Noah hanging off a Ferris Wheel just to get a date with Allie - The Notebook
2. The fish tank scene in Romeo + Juliet
3. Dave the Laugh calling Georgia beautiful - Angus, Thongs & Perfect Snogging
4. The pool scene - Romeo + Juliet
5. The end of the last ep of Gossip Girl season 2 when Chuck finally says 'I love you' (I know it's not a movie but it is cute!!)

J- Current Obsession... Obsessions actually

La Boum- Its this French, 1970-something (or maybe 1980-something..?), teenage movie. I cant understand a word of French, but it was so awesome taht I still laughed all the way through it.

Georgia Jagger- Go look her up on Google images. She is quite literally almost as cool as her dad... and thats saying alot, because Mick Jagger is very, very cool.

Burberry Trench Coats-
You know, those classic, beige, ridiculously expensive, ridiculously gorgeous ones. This obsession was inspired by Burberry's website, artofthetrench.com. Check it out.

Yves Klein Blue's "About the Future"- This is a song by this semi new and very good Australian band, Yves Klein Blue. If you dont know who they are, go on youtube or myspace or something and have a listen!! They are fantastic!! My favourite songs are About the Future, Getting Wise, and Summer Sheets.

Skins Season 4- I have been watching it on youtube and is fabbity fab with knobs on!!! And its was Freddies episode last last week! Aaaaaaah!!!!

Tea- Very Jane Austen, I think.

Letters- As in the old fashioned, yes-it-takes-2-weeks-but-thats-okay, snail mail kind. They are so fun to send, and even better to recieve :)

Kickers- They are these boots that I'd never heard of before I arrived in France, but am now obsessed with. I dont know how to describe them, so just go look it up if you're that desperate. I bought some the other day and I loooooobe them. Not quite as much as I love Converse and Doc Martens, but still lots.

The Sixties- Bob Dylan, Edie Sedgwick, Bridget Bardot, Andy Warhol, hek, even Austin Powers! Love it.

Coldplay- Partly because they are awesome music-wise, partly because what they do for Oxfam, especially Make Trade Fair, is amazing. And partly because Chris Martin is a hottie. And he is like the most British person I have ever seen. And I love British people.

J- Outfit #3

First day back at school.
Thought I'd channel my inner Where's Wally?

Because Lists Are Vair Practical....

I love a good list. They are very practical, vair practical, and possibly even tres practical. Do not you think?

So here is a list of the 5 most perfectly crafted songs of all time..

1. Under Pressure- Queen and David Bowie
2. Yellow- Coldplay
3. Never Tear Us Apart- INXS
4. One Crowded Hour- Augie March
5. Life on Mars?- David Bowie

And, of course, The Beatles' whole catalogue of work.. particularly Let It Be and Hey Jude.

Agreeance? And if not, suggestions please?

:)

J- Just Cool: Georgia Jagger

GEORGIA JAGGER. 18 YEARS OLD. MODEL.

PS. I want those UK flag jeans.

R - Fashion Profile: Cher

Cher (the main character from the movie Clueless) is a rich, gorgeous blonde with a computerised outfit matcher! She puts together a number of a fabulous outfits that I simply adore. Her Beverly Hills style is reflected in various shades of tartan and plaid and some classic black and white outfits.
A mix of preppy and slutty create Clueless' unique style. Seriously short is taken to a new level in this film, but it doesn't matter cause the clothes are just so cute! Also they're not short to be slutty but simply stylish, they still look dignified and classy.

I think Cher's trademark pieces are her matching blazers and skirts teamed with high socks. They're preppy and look so good on her :) Cher even matches her chewing gum to her outfit, honestly how many people are there who're that dedicated to their outfit!

One of my favourite outfits from the movie is the one she wears when she realises she's in love with Josh. Its a collared white shirt with a black blazer, a patterned skirt teamed with white knee highs and silver shoes.

If you haven't already seen the movie I would recommend hiring it out and watching it. It's funny, stylish and is a cute teenage romance. So seriously, go watch it!!
